As with every refurbished off-the-shelf e-bike we sell, this RadRunner underwent our full inspection and tuning process to ensure peak performance, safety, and reliability.

 Mechanical Refurbishment:

  • Replaced: New chain, brake pads, and inner and outer brake cables

  • Complete check-over with regreased bearings and moving parts

  • Frame touch-up for a clean, refreshed look

  • Adjusted and tuned for smooth, safe riding

Electrical Diagnostics:

  • Performed multiple full charge/discharge cycles using precision bench testing equipment

  • Confirmed that the battery retains at least 90% of its original capacity

  • Physically opened and inspected battery pack, verifying cell integrity and balance

  • Only batteries that meet stringent safety and performance standards are approved for resale

Custom Utility Add-On:

This RadRunner was also modified for a specific use case—carrying a custom-mounted Pelican case to support a customer’s work-related site visits around London. To secure the load, we added auto-retracting ratchet straps, which stay mounted on the bike for convenience and quick tie-down. This setup offers secure, ready-to-use cargo hauling without sacrificing the sleek, nimble design of the RadRunner.
