We specialise in diagnostics and repair of DIY electric bike conversion kits that use hub motors as well as the Bafang BBS01 , BBS02 and BBSHD mid-drive motors. We have professional partners we work with, that cover all other elements of electric bike repair, including factory-fitted mid-drive motors and battery repair. Our in-house repair and replace abilities cover electronics made by Bafang, Lishui, Kunteng and many more. Our service partners cover Bosch, Yamaha, Specialised, Brose, Brompton, Shimano and others.
We are passionate about the right to repair, even when the manufacturers are unhelpful or unwilling to assist us. By repairing items other shops simply will not touch, we have a ‘can do’ attitude. We take pride in pushing for a more circular and sustainable economy.
With our understanding of electronics down to component level, we will endeavour to repair parts, before replacement. However, if an item cannot be repaired we can source and supply hundreds of different ebike items to get your bike back on the road.
