Return Period
You may request a return or exchange for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, or similar products).

Gift cards and store credit vouchers.

Downloadable digital products or software.

Personal care items or intimate goods (such as undergarments or hygiene products).

Please note that any items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Partial Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at tom@rebellion.bike. Further instructions will be provided on how to return your item for an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping Instructions

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, except where returns are due to defective or incorrect products.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
